Look of the Day: Rock Chic

Already back  home and already wanna go back to Barcelona. So jealous of those lucky ones that live in one of the most beautiful cities ever! And don't even get me started on the weather! Here's a Look of the Day we shot on the roof of our hotel, overlooking Sagrada Familia.

I'm wearing:
Leggings - Topshop
T-shirt - gifted
Boots - Newlook
Sunnies - H&M (Btw, what do you think of them? I'm not used to this shape, but there's something about them I really like).

This collection has everything I need for the spring and summer season: neoprene tops, colorful prints, flowy fabrics, asymmetric cuts, bright accessories and lots of white!

P.S. I'm back home from Spain, will post a Look of the Day a bit later today.

Barcelona, Day 1

Sorry for the lack of posts this week, Barcelona has totally captured all my time! Waking up at 7 a.m and going to bed at 2 a.m. we barely manage to see everything we planned. This is indeed the most beautiful place I've ever seen, it literally has everything! Thank you for all your tips, I'm trying to follow them all! :)

P.S. I seem to wear those green pants too much, I promise this is the last post featuring them :)

Look of the Day: A Take on Prints

Another outfit with my new green pants, I just love their emerald color and try to find as many combos in my wardrobe as possible. The printed top I'm wearing was one of my Christmas gifts that I never came around to wearing. Still abusing these wedges, despite the fact they make me tall as hell, they definitely are one of the most comfortable shoes I ever had.

I'm wearing:
Printed top - gifted
Green pants - Pull&Bear (similar ones here, here and here)
Bag, boots - Aldo
Faux fur jacket - H&M
Necklace - Gogo Philip

P.S. As you are reading this I'm boarding a plane to Barcelona, can't wait to see this amazing city for the first time!

It's official: I'm going to Barcelona!

(image via Google, hoping to make a similar one myself :))

I can't believe it, in less than two days I'll be changing this cold snowy city for Barcelona! I know it's not that sunny right now, but still better than -10° ะก :) I wonder if I have any readers from Barcelona.

If you live in Barcelona or have ever been there (I haven't), I will really appreciate your tips on where to go shopping/eating/sightseeing. I might be unable to update my blog the first couple of days I'm there, so bear with me and expect a picture overload once I'm all settled!
See you in Spain!

Trend Report: High Top Sneakers

(images via Google)

The sneaker trend started by Isabel Marant seems to have spread all over the world. A colorful pair of sneakers is an awesome alternative to shoes like ballet flats or chunky boots, plus they add this sporty edge to an outfit and work great with skinny jeans, shorts or simple leggings (how hot does Miranda Kerr look in those leather leggings and Isabel Marant sneakers?). I love the playful color combos of Isabel Marant high tops but the fact that they retail for $600-$700 makes me look for more affordable alternatives (some of the sneakers below have a concealed wedge, so they still make you taller, looking like simple flats).

1. Ash Birdy Mid Wedge Lace Up Trainer - $338.40
2. Ash Bea Colourblock Wedge Trainers - $302.59
3. Ash Cool Suede Strapped Wedge Trainers - $248.88
4. ASOS DUDE High Tops in mint, lilac and pink - $62.67 (definitely getting a pair of these!)
5. ALDO Netz Concealed Wedge Suede Trainers - $143.24
6. Ash Bea Sneaker in Yellow and Camel Suede - $198.00
7. Isabel Marant Betty leather and suede sneakers  -$680.00
8. Nike Air Royalty High Top Trainers - $119.96
9. Nike Court Force High Top Trainers -$116.38
10.Wedge Soho Army by Mos Copenhagen - €139,95

Obsessing Over Fabianas

I've been looking for Alexander Wang Fabiana silver sandals everywhere and I can't seem to find them in my size. I even found them on sale for $199, but of course my size was sold out. I usually wear size 38 (UK 5, US 7.5). These shoes would be perfect for spring and I can think of so many ways to wear them, but where am I to find these (especially on sale)? If you have any idea, please drop me a line in the comment, I will really appreciate that!
